Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to monthly subscriptions for Wommio Starter, Medium, and Pro plans purchased through Paddle checkout (USD).

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.

1. Monthly billing

All plans are billed monthly. Each successful payment activates your plan for one billing period. Unless you renew, your subscription ends and published sites go offline.

2. Cancellation

To stop future charges, do not renew at the end of your current period, or contact us before your next billing date via the Contact page. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless a refund is granted under section 3.

3. Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or the Service was unavailable in a material way during your paid period, contact us within 14 days of the transaction via the Contact page with your account email and payment reference. We review requests individually and may offer a partial or full refund where appropriate under Turkish consumer law or equivalent applicable law.

For help using Wommio (features, access, or technical issues with the Service itself), contact us via the Contact page.

5. Policy updates

We may update this page as our billing setup evolves. The version in effect at the time of your transaction applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
